Not a good experience today, Kara was rough throughout the blow dry, press and flat iron process. Several kinks while she was blow drying so clearly hair was not detangled properly. Poofed ends. It’s definitely unfortunate because I had a WONDERFUL experience with Vanessa, and unfortunately she was unavailable on my desired appointment date, which is why I chose any staff on the website, assuming that the quality of service would be the same amongst all the stylists. My mistake.

This was my daughter's first salon experience. I've been doing her hair for 10 years and just didn't want to do it anymore. She has been there 3 times since November 2025 and received a press and curl and two strand twists. They did a great job all three times. My daughter had LaTonea, Danielle, and Shantane. The wash was very thorough and the styles looked great! They lasted for a long time. I appreciated how they took the time explain her hair to me and suggest products to enhance her curls. The culture in the salon is relaxing and professional - which is very important to me.

The quality of this establishment varies drastically based on the stylist. I usually work with a specific woman but today, I branched outside of my comfort zone and regretted it. My hair has never been this short. I’m pregnant and hormonal. Dealing with acne already. I’ve never felt this ugly before in my life.
