First impressions are everything and Ma’Ziah made a great one when she answered the phone. Her professionalism is the reason I chose to go in and bring my daughter. The next and lasting impression was my nail tech Dominique. She did a fabulous service on my nails. Great conversation, great customer service, great service and great prices!

So my girl whose shop it is was such a lovely person I could just feel her positive orally.Yesterday was my birthday and when I say I just didn’t wanna be in a shop full of people god literally blessed me when she sent me her way. She was so particular with my feet she did a great job she even had a different technique with during my Pedicure I’m so going back

Some nail techs at the salon are very under experienced. My nails were done last friday and by this monday two had popped off and I had to spend more money within a week of getting my nails done to get them taken off and fixed because they were lifting, the shape was not the best, and chipping so badly. The design I asked for was also not what I received at all and I wish the nail tech would’ve said she was not comfortable doing it rather than doing it and making it look nothing like the inspo. I used to love getting serviced by Dominique but she usually is not there as much anymore and didn’t show up when I made an appointment with her which led to this situation this past friday. It’s unfortunate because I still have not received any word back about the appointment I made with her still. Very disappointing because I enjoyed the vibes at this salon but nails are too expensive to be wasting money and time on low quality work. I also reached out to Dominique about this privately at her email she provides and have not heard anything back. I unfortunately will not be returning to this salon.
