Samantha is absolutely amazing. I have had horrible and painful waxing experiences in the past, but she completely changed that for me. She made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease throughout each appointment. Her technique made the process much less painful than I expected. She truly has hands of an angel. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and professional waxing experience!

But Samantha was absolutely incredible from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable, never rushed me, explained every step, and checked in constantly to make sure I was okay. Her technique was gentle but thorough, and she worked with so much professionalism and care. What I appreciated most is that she created a safe, judgment-free space—something that made a huge difference for me as a first-timer. If you’re plus-size, new to waxing, or just want someone who truly knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident, go see Samantha. She’s amazing at what she does and I’m so happy with the results. 100% recommend!

It’s been a year and a month since my first AND last Brazilian wax (with a different wax tech) I had attempted scheduling with other techs prior but most either won’t accept new clients or were booked till January or so. I ran into 555 Wax Studio randomly on Instagram and decided to reach out for a last minute appointment, hoping for availability literally THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE. NOT ONLY do they take NEW CLIENTS, but they had availability EVEN ON CHRISTMAS EVE. Without hesitation I scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment I was running a bit late. Samantha was super understanding. While others request “no children during your appointment”, she DIDN’T mind it. She let me have babygirl with me while she worked. I scheduled a Brazilian, underarm, and tummy strip wax. Samantha was clean, fast, gentle and professional. She was super informative, patient, and understanding. Not only did she make it feel seamless but the pain level was little to none. Did I mention how AFFORDABLE she is?! And they have numerous forms of accepting payment INCLUDING AFTERPAY!! All in all, I loved and appreciated my experience with Samantha. The only regret I have was not coming to her sooner!! 🫶🏻💕
