Jasminca at Foliage is truly exceptional. She is the only facialist I trust with my skin in El Paso. Every facial leaves my skin looking luminous, healthy, and refreshed. Her knowledge of skincare is impressive, and she never takes a one-size-fits-all approach — she really evaluates what your skin needs and tailors each treatment accordingly. One of the things I’m most grateful for is how much she has helped with my melasma, which I had always been self-conscious about. Through her treatments and guidance on my skincare regimen, it has lightened considerably, and my skin looks brighter and more even than it has in years. I also want to give credit to my first Foliage facialist, Victoria, who originally helped get my skin in order and introduced me to Jasminca before she moved away. That introduction was such a gift because Jasminca has continued that same level of thoughtful care and expertise. If you’re looking for a skilled esthetician or a truly great facial in El Paso, I cannot recommend Jasminca enough. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else.
I've been going to Foliage for almost two years now, and I can honestly say I continue to return because of Jasminca. She has done a variety of services for me, and every single experience has been amazing. I recommend her to absolutely anyone. She's flexible, thoughtful, and always makes sure you walk out of your appointment feeling refreshed, recharged, and cared for. I just love her.
Super disappointed! I've been going here for years. My daughter had bought me a gift certificate for my choice of two services. I chose the Elemental massage and facial which is supposed to include essential oils. I'll start by saying, the facial was amazing. Besides her wearing gloves, which I though was weird, she was very informative and thoughtful and it was so relaxing. The massage was a whole different experience! She took me back and said go ahead get undressed and lay under the blanket. She didn't give and robe, sandals, nothing. So I had to walk barefoot on their freezing cold/ dirty floor. Got under the sheet, very thin sheet, and was freezing. She did give a random blanket, but it didn't help at all. The table was freezing!!! As she massaged, she didn't cover me back up when she was done with certain sections. My fingers and toes were frozen by the time she finished. She didn't massage my upper legs at all, just completely skipped that part. I've had massages here before and they normally ask questions. There was no conversations. There's normally some kind of essential oil (which was part of my package), and there was nothing. So I didn't even get what I paid for. The only thing relaxing was the music. When she had me flip to the other side, the head piece was made of wool or something, but it was so uncomfortable and scratchy and actually hurt. When she was done she finally gave me shoes and a robe and said she'd walk me to my facial. I got half dressed because I was so cold and the robe didn't even fit. I opened the door and she was nowhere to be found. Luckily the esthetician was there and she helped answering my questions and helping me move my things since I was trying to hold the robe together. She even tried to look for another robe, but couldn't find one. She was way more helpful then the girl who gave the massage. In all the years I've done massages, this was the absolute worst! I'm not sure if it's because I had a gift certificate, that they just didn't care, but it was so bad! The massage was definitely not a relaxing experience AT ALL! The facial was nice and that table was warm, so I'm not sure why the massage was so cold.
