Fountain Nail Bar El Paso

This was my first time at this nail salon and unfortunately it was not what I was hoping, right when you enter no one greets you, and when it was finally my turn the lady that did my nails quickly told me to wash my hands and to sit in chair number 1. Not even a simple hello or a polite way of speaking. I was taken back and did what I was told, once I sat down the lady asked for a photo and quickly started doing my nails. I will say I did like that I didn’t have to stay in the salon for more than two hours, however if someone if going to spend $100 dollars or more I believe they should get there service treated with time and not feel rushed. Once she was done with my nails I notice that the nail designs were uneven and overall not pleasant to look at. This was very disappointing because not only did I pay for nails that I am not happy with but the service overall was not great.

I have been scared going to back to get my nails because of previous experience at OTHER places. This one was recommended to me by a friend so I went. I wish I caught the gentleman‘s name who did my pedicure and my Nails. He was not only efficient, professional, but he did my nails exactly the way I wanted them and made sure that I did like them before proceeding. I will definitely come back to get my nails done here. The lady who did my nails did not ask me what kind of nail shape I wanted and just assumed, as well as with the type of pink she picked. I don't hate my nails but I'm definitely going to have to go home and fix them. There's some mess-ups on the nails from putting the hybrid gel on and it's very blunt and thick at the end of my nails. I tried to correct some of the issues but I had to go back to work. (Update! I went back and got them fixed by a different person and I absolutely love them now.)
