What a wonderful, special place Gemelli is! The atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Leticia is incredibly skilled in reflexology and my session with her exceeded my expectations. She truly went above and beyond to create such a nurturing experience, with the sweetest touch of preparing a cup of herbal tea for me to enjoy after my reflexology session. The tea was served in the prettiest cup on a tray, with some honey and even a little piece of dark chocolate. 🥰 My wonderful experience at Gemelli continued with a pedicure with Luz, which was absolutely perfect. She was very attentive, thorough and gentle. It was honestly one of the best, most relaxing pedicures I've ever gotten. The massage chairs are top quality and really add to the wonderful experience. 😌 I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

AMAZING experience overall! First off, I was able to book a same-day appt for the service I wanted and got seen within the hour of booking. Second, check-in was quick, easy, and the receptionist was friendly and offered me a bottled water. Third, Alejandra, my masseuse, welcomed me with a smile and a changing room to change into a robe, slides, and a little locker to place all of my stuff in—I thought that was a very thoughtful amenity to have for clients as I could actually relax and not worry about my belongings during my entire session. Most importantly, Alejandra was very professional, listened and focused on my biggest problem areas, and I can tell she is very passionate about what she does with the care (and pressure) she put into the massage she gave me for my upper body. I will say that I walked in there almost in tears because of how painful and tight my neck was but after Alejandra’s massage, I literally felt like a weight was lifted off of me and I can finally move my head around again with less pain and tightness. After the session ended, I was not rushed and was told a cup of hot tea (and a piece of chocolate) would be waiting for me after changing :) Thank you all for a much needed “me time” experience! I can’t wait to come back!

Best massage I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend Marcelo- he is very professional and helped release the tension in my upper body and neck. Will definitely be coming back.
