This was my second experience having a Brazilian wax and she was by far awesome she explained everything and was very gentle. I felt a little pain but not too much more discomfort but go figure your waxing your sensitive area. Kaitlyn was awesome all the way around!!! I do you highly recommend her she is great and is so down to earth!! ☺️☺️❤️❤️
