I’ve been to the Chisholm Trail location twice now. First time went well, but the second time was better! Bri took care of me today and she was personable, kind, and funny. It really makes a world of a difference when you find the perfect tech. I look forward to seeing her in a couple of weeks. Oh and the front desk staff was amazing as well!

Laney H did an amazing job on my wax. She explained everything through the process. She continued to assess my comfort, the temperature of the wax and if I needed to take a break. She was personable and had great bedside manner. Highly recommend.
