Hello, I’m writing to share some feedback about my experience during my recent waxing appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 PM. I arrived on time and waited until approximately 8:37 PM. During that time, no one checked in with me, and the technician who was scheduled to perform my service never came to apologize or explain the delay. Eventually, I asked the front desk if I could cancel the appointment due to the long wait, and they said yes. While I understand that delays can happen, what was disappointing is that there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. As a member, this was especially frustrating because I know that if a client arrives even 5–10 minutes late, appointments are often canceled. Waiting over 30 minutes without communication feels unfair and not aligned with the standards I’ve experienced before. I truly enjoy your services and value my membership, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. This place is hands down, one of the best places I’ve attended for waxing. Summer was my tech and she is such a doll. She made the experience so calming and relaxing. She let me know of other options for help with the fine hairs I have on my eyebrows. I will be going back for sure, and if you are looking for a chill place for a wax, come here and ask for SUMMER! She’s amazing!!!

I've been to a few big named and smaller wax companies to save a few bucks and honestly they don't compare. The customer service at ewc is universal. I've been to locations in Dallas and ftw and I've never had a bad experience.. Even if they slightly miss a spot that will be happy to go over it and correct. If you're tryna save some money and go elsewhere because of a promo don't. the care/customer service/relationship here keeps me a returning customer.
