I highly recommend this place no matter which tech you see - although both Belle and Harmony are great! Belle is especially personable and has a knack for personalizing your experience and needs. She knows her stuff, and will ensure you have a positive experience.

I just visited The Waxxpot in Fort Worth and had a fantastic experience. I was invited in for a free waxing session so two new estheticians, Nicole and Kitty, could practice. They did an outstanding job, left me totally smooth and cleaned up every last stray hair. I’m genuinely impressed. And one more big plus: this was probably the least uncomfortable waxing experience I’ve ever had. You know how waxing can have that quick, uncomfortable tug when they remove the hair? Well, whatever technique or wax they use here, it made the process about as comfortable as it gets. This was my third time going, and each visit has been a breeze. Also, a special shout-out to Bionca, their trainer for the Fort Worth and Dallas locations. She’s incredibly experienced and does an amazing job teaching the new hires. Thanks to her mentorship, the whole experience was just top notch. Definitely a five-star visit!

I had such a great experience getting my Brazilian wax! Harmony was super professional and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The space was clean, relaxing, and smelled amazing. She worked quickly but was still gentle, and the results were perfect — super smooth with no irritation after. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends!
