As a beginner with laser hair removal, doing it here at Ideal Image is a breeze. I had the pleasure of being seen by Trinh, she is amazing! She is extremely positive and patient! She helps walk you through the entire procedure so when it happens you feel comfortable and knowledgeable of everything happening. I would recommend her and this location to everyone. To the staff helping you book the appointment to the staff helping with your procedure, they are all great. I will say Trinh is the best!

My first experience with laser hair removal and the entire office was wonderful and very inviting from the very beginning. I had questions about the lasers due to my own skin condition. The office staff was prepared and very knowledgeable about treating individuals with darker skin. Anita is amazing. She provides excellent care and education about the process of hair removal. I would definitely recommend this location especially if you are new to the hair removal process.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ideal Image. I felt pressured and misled into paying on the spot even after I clearly said I was unsure and would come back. The staff made it seem like the “sale” was ending that same week, which I later found out was not true. After taking my payment, the receptionist rushed me to “confirm an email” without ever explaining that it was actually a contract. The entire process took less than five minutes, and at no point did anyone mention I was signing a binding agreement. I assumed I was simply confirming the payment. When I called back stating I did not want to move forward, I was told I was locked into a contract. Speaking with the clinic manager only made things worse, she gave excuse after excuse and offered zero accountability. When I asked for corporate or owner contact information, she claimed there was no one above her and provided nothing. All I wanted was clarity and the option to confirm or cancel the sale, but instead I’m left feeling deceived and unable to trust this facility. This type of sales tactic is unprofessional and unacceptable.
