Hello Sugar | Glastonbury Center - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

This was my 2nd time at Hello Sugar and the 3rd wax I’ve ever had a wax. I tried a different place the 2nd time just to try a new place out. It was a terrible experience so decided to go back to Hello Sugar as they did an excellent job the first time. I actually went to Hello Sugar today for a bikini wax done by a trainee/student. The instructor and another student was also present. First off I was worried that a newbie wouldn’t know what they were doing but I took a chance since it was free. They didn’t disappoint. They were extremely professional. The student who performed the service seemed like she was well versed in what she was doing and she caught on quick with minimal instruction. The instructor was very knowledgeable and didn’t take any shortcuts.There was a 3rd observer as well, another student, she was pleasant but didn’t take part in the services.

Izzabella was one of the kindest sweetest people I’ve ever met. She made me feel so comfortable and walk me through the process. Her customer service alone is the reason why I signed up for the membership.

I was shaking because I was so nervous. But I felt better bc Alana had so many good reviews. She is an amazing esthetician! I had a bikini wax and she was a great conversationalist and was amazing at her job. She let me know when to inhale and then exhale with the pulling of the sugar. She is the utmost professional at her job! The suite is super clean and I felt so at ease with Alana. I signed up for a membership (a no brainer) and have my next wax scheduled in a month. I was super impressed with everything.
