Moon Nails And Spa

We’ve been going to Moon Nails for the past 6 months and absolutely love it!!!! The nails are always perfect, the prices are super fair, the girls are so nice, and we love the vibe!

Extremely happy with my experience. Diamond was excellent! The service here is top notch. Great vibe, friendly and welcoming staff. I will definitely go back and recommend all to give this amazing place a try, you won’t regret it! I love my Christmas wine glass! 🍷

Really wanted to like this place, as it’s the first salon I’ve been to that didn’t have only Asian employees. The vibes were good, great music, diverse nail techs etc… my set of nails was okay, I wanted a red deep French. She did a decent job, but missed some spots on the sides and flooded my cuticles with product… not something people would notice, unless they are looking at their own nails 24/7… she also doesn’t have you sit curing for as long as other nail salons do… I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years. Seems like she was kind of in a rush. I tipped over 20% anyways, and left. When I got to the car I noticed that the top coat on my thumb nail was tacky, so I went back inside. Another very friendly tech fixed it for me. The next morning while I was washing dishes, the nail chipped… I called and asked if they can fix it, they said yes. I drove 20 minutes for them to fix it, but unfortunately had to bring my son with me. The tech couldn’t find the matching colors, okay no big deal… she rushed through fixing the nail, and barely had me cure it. As I was tending to my son she tells me I’m all set and can leave… I said okay, was waiting for my son to get up and adjust himself and pick up something he dropped on the floor and she was once again rushing my out the door telling me I can leave… I’m like yeah, I’m just waiting for him… he’s 3. Fast forward to now, my thumb nail is completely lifting from my natural nail, catching all kinds of dirt and debris. My nails were clearly not prepped correctly. Attaching a picture of the dirty lifted nail. I keep trying to cut it with a nail clipper but I can’t cause it’s lifted too deep. Also attached a picture of the sloppy french. One thing I can’t stand is going back to the nail salon multiple times for one set. The experience was giving “we pick and choose when we provide good service” and that’s kind of crappy as another customer service employee lol.
