Lauren Lewis at the front desk was amazing! She greeted me with such a warm and friendly attitude as soon as I walked in. She was professional, helpful, and made the check-in process super easy. Lauren answered all my questions, explained the services clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her positive energy and great customer service really stood out. My waxer, Tina, was amazing as well! She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything, which really helped calm my nerves. Both Lauren and Tina were so professional and kind — definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!

It was my first time getting a Brazilian so I read reviews and noticed a lot about Rachel. Honestly, she is the best. Rachel makes you feel comfortable while you’re there and had me laughing. The young lady up front is always a 10/10. So sweet, and makes conversation. This place is great. Ask for Rachel.
