I recently started Waxing a few months ago and I was referred to Sydney at the Heights Location on 43rd Street in Houston, TX.. Sydney is Absolutely the BEST WAXER hands down. Being a 1st time wax babe at the ripe ol’ age of 50, I was terrified. She explained the entire process as well as what I was going to experience. She made me feel soo comfortable and kept me laughing. Before I knew it, the session was over and I was purchasing a yearly Wax Pass. Ask for Sydney, you won’t REGRET IT, You most definitely will be looking forward to your next wax appointment. I L🫶🏽VE HER! Everyone at this location is super friendly, beautiful and accommodating. I was so kindly greeted by the receptionist, who made checking in a breeze. My waxologist was Emmy at the Oak Forest location and 10/10 would recommend her. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as it was my first time ever getting waxed! Shoutout to her for making the process a breeze!

Friendly service as soon as I walked in. They honor the 9 minute rule. I was very close to missing it. The room was clean- the lobby and the entire place was clean. Now let’s get to my waxologist ( idk the word for it) Emmy! Did a wonderful job. She allowed me to direct the tone of the room whether I wanted to do my Brazilian in silence or if I wanted to talk. She got me through quickly and it didn’t seem rushed at the same time. She explained aftercare and also offered some of the products that they sell. But wasn’t pushy at all when I declined. She was knowledgeable and confident about what she was doing which helped me to relax. Once finished there wasn’t a hair in or out of sight lol I recommend her if you go - she’s awesome!
