Hello Sugar, a waxing salon I discovered through a Google search, offered an enticing first-time customer deal that I couldn’t resist. Despite my initial skepticism about the low price, I decided to give them a try. Before my appointment, I recommend allocating extra time for travel and parking, as this area can get quite busy depending on the time of day. Upon arrival, my esthetician, Eleonora, greeted me warmly and introduced herself. Her friendly demeanor and engaging conversation made me feel at ease, as if I were speaking with one of my girls. Eleonora created a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire waxing process, explaining each step in detail to ensure my full understanding and comfort. I was thoroughly satisfied with the results and decided to sign up for a membership. I’ve already booked my next appointment and eagerly anticipate returning to Hello Sugar for another waxing session.

I’m a new customer I saw the $20 new client promo on IG so decided to book, this was my 1st time experience w/ sugar waxing. My service was 10/10, my esthetician Elysa did a wonderful job. She was kind, made me feel comfortable, educated me, everything totally eased my fears of what I thought the pain would be. The pain intensity was a 3/10, nothing like I imagined , so yes key advice: stop watching Youtube to scare you lol . Everything looks great down there, I got a full Brazilian wax and Im 100% satisfied w/ my service. I signed up for a membership & already booked my next appt. If you do the membership they give you a cute take home starter kit & aftercare instructions. I plan to be a regular client & look forward to my next visit. Only advice Id give is if you are new to this location leave early & allow extra time so that you are not late & risk being rescheduled, parking can be hit/miss and the suite is pretty hidden inside of a salon & spa building you enter into that building then go up to 2nd level to the actual suite, look for the “World of Beer” signage. I would never return. The automated text and address says that the Hello Sugar is located in suite 27 & 37 only. It did not specify that the actual suites are inside of suite 200. I arrived before the appointment time and was confused because the suite numbers did not match up to the text. I had to ask someone for directions. My appointment was for 7:20 pm and I was guided to the suite at 7:22 pm. While I was in the door greeting Eleanor, my appointment was cancelled. She told me that I needed to schedule an appointment for another day because she had another client after me. This was my first impression of the company and it was very unprofessional. A Brazilian wax takes more than 2 minutes so I was confused as to why my appointment was cancelled. She was adamant about me having to reschedule for another day to accompany the appointment after mine. After a few words, she finally agreed to do my wax. My plan was to become a frequent customer, but this left a nasty taste in my mouth. It would help to provide the correct suite information in the automated text messages and a policy for customers that states that appointments will be cancelled if they are two minutes late. This experience made me feel as if I was a burden to someone at their place of employment. Not welcoming.
