Today was my 1st time ever having a Brazilian wax. My Esthetician Sarah was just awesom. She talked me through the process and was very very gentle. I got my membership and I will be coming back again and again. Will be referring my friends too. Lovely experience.

Totally unprofessional. Had an appointment booked for 12:30 and was instructed to arrive early. I waited for 40 minutes before I ever saw anyone’s face. I approached the woman and asked if she was Shakira (the woman supposed to do my waxing). I told her I had an appointment for 12:30 and she told me “no it said you cancelled”. I showed her my phone where it clearly said I never cancelled and I even “checked in” for my appointment. She brought me to her computer where she attempted to show me that it said my appointment was cancelled but instead it said I was still scheduled and I had arrived. Even though it was clear I had an appointment she still said “I’m sorry my shift is over, someone else is supposed to show at 2”. I never got my upper lip waxed and I will not be returning.
