Top-notch service, hands down. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Itzel was so sweet, calm, and friendly, which instantly made me feel comfortable. She really took her time and made sure my wax experience was perfect, especially since it was my first time. This was my first visit to Hello Sugar, and let’s just say—they definitely got a new member. The care, professionalism, and overall vibe were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’ll absolutely be back.

Valerie was fantastic! One of the most efficient and painless waxes I’ve had, and she made me feel very comfortable! All my curvy girls NEED to come see her, I have an apron belly and some serious cheeks, and she left me BALD! No hairs missed, no left over wax in my rolls! I hope hello sugar gives their employees a bonus for 5 star reviews because she deserves one for SURE!

Izzy is a great esthetician! I had a Lip and Chin wax at Hello Sugar. The suite was extremely clean and pleasant. She gave me options for the services I booked. She explained how to care for my skin after the procedure as well as making sure I didn’t have any allergies for the products she was going to apply to my skin. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.
