I scheduled online. I spoke with Cherrell over the phone. She wasn’t happy that I bought the facial on Groupon. She told me to go online and schedule my facial. I pulled up to the place the next day for a 6pm appointment. She answers my call and I asked her what door do I come in? She said…D1. She stated she was finishing up with a client. I sit inside the waiting area at 5:45pm. 6pm came and went. I sent her a text at 6:17pm letting her know I am still waiting. No response. 6:25pm came and I walked back to her room. The door was open and she wasn’t there. I thought she got kidnapped!! Im now calling her and it’s going straight to voicemail. Voicemail again and again. I leave. 2 hours later I called her from a different phone. She answers!! Cherrell with Sugarluxe had dipped out and blocked me. What kind of business is she running!? Very unprofessional and weird.

Love her gentleness and super cute spa!!! Great Services and post-care products. The turmeric soap with Kojic acid and black pepper is really helping to fade my dark spots!!! Her bath teas smell great! Candles are very classy!

Cherrell was very thorough and professional. She explained everything she was doing, she pointed out skin concerns and followed up with recommendations. I love her suite and the service she provided exceeded our expectations! Definitely book with her and take home some of her goods!
