I went to European Wax Center today & was serviced by Zoe. This is my second wax with her as I just moved from Cali to Indy. Zoe is very thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable on the products. Not only does she understand skin & hair, but she was able to explain what products I should buy and why. Zoe has excellent customer service and always makes my experience worth while. I come to this location because of her attentiveness & stellar service. The front staff is always very friendly. They always go over all promotions and things the company may be featuring during my visits. This location is a Gem! 💎

Baylee is amazing! I was honestly really nervous coming in because I hadn’t been waxed in a while, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was professional, gentle, and talked me through everything which really helped calm my nerves. The whole experience ended up being so much better than I expected. She’s truly great at what she does and I’ll definitely be coming back to her!
