I’ve had many great experiences at European Wax Center! From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. I also love that the staff is never pushy about purchasing products, wax passes, or booking my next appointment, that makes such a difference. My wax specialist, Kristen, is knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions I have. She truly makes the experience by calming your nerves and keeping you distracted if you’re feeling nervous. The services are quick but thorough, and the results are always amazing. Kristen is awesome, and I highly recommend her! Overall, every visit has been smooth, efficient, and far less intimidating than I ever expected.

I consistently schedule with Kristen at the Carmel locations. She makes an experience that could be uncomfortable, a pleasant one. I have received the best Brazilians from Kristen! She is fast yet ensures the wax is done right. I make sure to schedule my next appointment in advance to make sure I am able to schedule with Kristen. Extremely happy with my wax! Kristin always takes her time with each of my wax services and checks to make sure I am happy with each area before moving on to the next! She also makes the environment very comfortable and the time passes quickly by asking questions about upcoming weekend plans or vacations, rather than awkward silence!
