Went here yesterday let’s just say Bad experience !!! My lip and chin is both scarred not from the wax being too hot but from her not knowing what she was doing I guess idk but I feel so ugly right now I will not recommend and I guess I should have came to read the reviews because I’m not the first one they have done like this if I could rate a negative 10 I would 😭

I recently visited Unique Eyebrow salon and had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done by Amy, and I can't rave enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The entire team was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. Amy, in particular, is incredibly skilled at what she does. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and the results were even better than I had hoped! My eyebrows look amazing—perfectly shaped, natural, and exactly suited to my face. Amy has a real eye for detail and her expertise shines through in the quality of her work. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, explaining every step and making sure I was happy with the outcome. Beyond the fantastic eyebrow service, the overall environment at the salon is fantastic. The space is clean, beautifully designed, and has a calm, relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy. You can tell the staff here really care about creating a positive and inviting experience for their clients. It felt like more than just a beauty treatment; it was a chance to unwind and treat myself, all while being in great hands. Im so sad and mad right now I could cry. She knew I was taking pictures the next day and she ruined that for me. My brows are thin but I had enough to fill them up. The young girl chopped and screwed half of my brow off. I will never go here again. If I didn't have enough hair to have nice looking brows after threading them she should had told me that instead of chopping off the hair I do have. Dont go to the young girl. She doesnt know what shes doing then blamed me for not holding my skin tight. She left me with half a brow. Thank God for make up. I hope I can fix it enough to look normal in my pictures. She didnt apologize. She didnt even care that she ruined my pictures and that I have to walk around like this for probably a couple weeks.
