I have been going to this place for the last 6 months and it has been great. Dru and Rachel are very accommodating and the atmosphere is very peaceful and inviting. The shop is always clean. They are both very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they are always willing to provide any information you need. You can really tell they care about the customer and are always improving to make the experience better. Definitely the best waxing experience i have had. I also recommend trying their products in the shop. They smell so good and work wonders!

This is my absolute favorite place to go get my Brazilian done at in Jacksonville. Dru is absolutely amazing, she makes sure you’re comfortable and answers any questions you may have. I have been for at least three appointments now, and have had nothing but good experiences. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking to get a Brazilian wax especially for a first timer or for someone like myself with prior bad waxing experience. I also just wanna say the tables are plus size friendly which is a huge plus! When I originally reached out to schedule my first appointment they were already completely booked, but still made time for me and were able to squeeze me into their schedule, even though they weren’t accepting new clients at that time, pretty flexible with reschedules, and willing to squeeze you in when they can. The vibe here is outrageous! There’s always good music, good conversation and a smooth kitty when you leave!🥰🥰

She is rude and disrespectful. I will never book with her again. When I’ve booked with her I’ve been early. She has been late or running behind because of other clients. She didn’t remove all the hair off once before but because I worked with her at a previous job I continued to support her. The one time I would be late she wanted me to book for another day. She took my $50 and did not service me.
