Love this place! The receptionists are always very welcoming, waiting room is modern and has drinks you can take from. Rosi is the best Brazilian waxer I’ve ever been to! She is incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which is so important for a service like this. What I really appreciate about Rosi is that she never judges any skin condition like ingrown hairs or bumps. Instead, she takes the time to give helpful tips and advice on how to take care of your skin and prevent those issues. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Her technique is amazing, and the results are always perfect. I highly recommend Rosi to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and professional wax specialist!

I went to Dana for a Brazilian and she was amazing. I have thick, coarse, curly hair and she made the process as painless as possible. She left behind no hair, was kind, and worked diligently; I highly recommend her for a Brazilian. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and the location is very welcoming overall. I definitely enjoyed my experience and will be returning.

I wanted to love this place but I was not quite happy with the service. My experience of the reception wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced, but it also wasn’t as pleasant as it probably could’ve been. I went twice hoping that if I changed techs that perhaps my second go around would be better, but I had to provide way too much feedback during a waxing process. especially having to ask them to press the skin after pulling the wax because I do have sensitive skin and it stings but instead the initial tech just ripped without pressing, even after I asked several times. I ended up having had to press it myself. When I left there was still a lot of hair left behind from what was supposed to be my full Brazilian which is really disappointing. This place is among the most affordable in the city, but for some reason, the two techs that I had didn’t quite provide the best results. However, both ladies were pleasant, but I need more detail oriented, waxing.
