This 1 star review is for the company itself, not my waxer Natalie who I loved. I had a monthly membership for a year or so, and decided I needed to pause it for a bit. I called on Jan 6 (my membership gets billed on the 13th of every month), and the receptionist said, "You can't cancel over the phone, you have to send an email to this address but there's only one lady in charge of it, so it might take 10 days or so to hear back." (lol. what?) "so in the meantime, we will still bill you on Jan 13 but we can pause it after that." I was like, okay, that's ridiculous, I'm going to cancel it completely then. So I sent the email right away (on Jan 6) saying I need to cancel my membership and not to charge my card again. Come Jan 13, my card was still charged. I disputed it with my credit card company and they refunded it immediately. It's now been 14 days and I still haven't gotten an email back. I also emailed the company's main email on Jan 6, heard nothing back. DM'd them on instagram, nothing. This membership seems like a complete scam. I may end up just canceling my credit card all together so it doesn't keep getting charged. Just warning anyone who may consider pausing/canceling in the future.

I had such an amazing experience here! I came in feeling a little nervous about my session, and at the last minute, I actually decided to change my appointment type to something I felt more comfortable with. I was worried about being a "difficult" client, but my technician was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t make me feel rushed or bad about the change at all. Instead, she was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease before we started. The service itself was quick, professional, and much less intimidating than I expected. If you’re nervous about waxing or it’s your first time, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
