I an a new customer and can't say enough about this great salon. Everyone is kind, the decor is stylish but the best thing about Casablanca is Trina. I wanted to discontinue coloring my hair and highlight instead. Trina was thorough with asking what I wanted and recommended exactly what I wanted. She cut, styled my hair and gave me a fabulous new style. I highly recommend Casablanca.

This is my second experience at this salon and the first one the stylist did my hair and it was so hacked up that when I went back in the next day the owner fixed it. And I was happy with that haircut. But there was a severe lack of attention this time. We did go over pictures and I let him know that I wanted some stacking in the back and even though this was the second time he'd done my hair I walked out with no texturizing, absolutely no stacking in the back. It just looks like a bubble Bob haircut. Another issue is what there was no focus on my haircut. Most of the hour long plus haircut was intense conversation so that it was even hard to interrupt to talk about my hair a little bit. I wasn't offered a mirror at the end of the haircut and by then I was just so ready to get out of there in fact the owner was still talking and I'm just sitting there listening wanting to go home. I should have been more assertive but I wasn't I was just ready to get out of there. I showed him pictures. The Bob is not angled so it is not that flattering. It is longer than I wanted and again I wanted it angled up in the back for movement. It's just not flattering and I hate it. I shouldn't have to go back twice every damn time I get my haircut. I will not be back. I also realized that although the Bob is right at my chin there's one piece that's about two and a half inches longer than the rest of my hair just hanging there.. no excuse.
