I recently just moved from Georgia to Jacksonville and I have been needing a wax. It was so bad that I was gonna have a wig down there. Skylar not only made me feel comfortable she made me laugh the whole time. I’ll be with Skylar until the wheels fall off . She’s amazing and I’ll be recommending her to all of my friends and family out here.

I had my very first wax with BiBi at European Wax Center, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a bit nervous going in, but BiBi immediately put me at ease with her calm, professional, and friendly demeanor. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and was incredibly gentle and efficient. The results were fantastic — super smooth with minimal discomfort, and the whole experience was way easier than I expected. The center itself was clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
