I have to leave a review because the team at this location is truly exceptional. Samaya at the front desk is incredible at what she does. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Her voice is calm and kind, she communicates clearly, and she has such a warm, welcoming presence the moment you walk in. You can tell she is sharp and very good with people. I own a business myself, so I naturally pay attention to how staff interact with customers, and every time I’m there I notice how well she handles the front desk and takes care of clients. She’s also an excellent saleswoman without ever feeling pushy. She is absolutely an asset to this business. You are very lucky to have her, and as customers we are lucky too because she is just so sweet to deal with every time I come in. Marissa is my wax specialist, and she is hands down the best I have ever had. Her attention to detail is incredible. She makes sure everything is perfect, there’s never a stray hair, and the quality of her work is consistently excellent. On top of that, she has such a calm, fun personality. I’m naturally more of an introvert and don’t usually chat much during appointments, but with Marissa we’re always laughing and having great conversations. She just makes the whole experience enjoyable. Every time I visit, I leave thinking what a great team they have here. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and a consistently great experience.

Especially as someone who was scared to let someone else do my brows… Ive honestly had great experiences every time coming here. European wax makes it really easy to check in and out every time. Ive been going here for a few months and by far, Kamryn’s been the best! She has availability literally most of the time and she is so easy to get along with and feel comfortable around by the first day. TRUST ME. Not only is she really compassionate but she is really good at providing painless and flawless eyebrows each time. I always look forward to my appointment because of her!

Nikki is amazing!! Not only is she great at what she does she truly cares about her clients and ensuring they understand how to care for their skin. Nikki made the experience comfortable and took the time to explain a routine that will provide the best results and protection for my skin. Her passion for what she does and care for her clients truly sets her apart. Love this location from the front desk friendly attitude and organization to Nikki and her time and care all the way through to the specials they run to make it a little easier on their clients wallet. Highly recommend!
