My appointment was running behind since the client before me needed extra time, but Meghan stayed professional and calm even while swamped. The front desk girl was so kind and accommodating, they both made the experience great!

Do not come to this location. If I could give Zero stars, I would. The front desk girl, who looks like she is 19, has piercings all over her face, and claims to be the manager, just cancelled my appt while I was standing there bc my sugarist was running 15 min late. (My appointments only last about 8 min anyways) Instead of calling and rescheduling someone else, she is sending me home. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location. The desk girl did not want to be bothered by having to call anyone else to reschedule them and actually asked me if I wanted to do that for her. Terrible terrible customer service and I will make sure corporate offices know that this is how they treat their long term customers.
