Usha is the best and always have me looking right!! It is so very relaxing and comfortable when you walk in and as you're getting your eyebrows done I love her she's amazing!! Keep up the great word and thank you so much for making me look beautiful again All right

Normally I’d give this place 5 stars but this time it’ll be 2. I was lucky enough to be born with very thick eyebrows, years ago in 2016 when I came in sadly a new associate completely took off my right eyebrow & I had to wait years for it to grow back. With that being said the last time I came in, in December 2024 shockingly the side part of the right eyebrow was finally even with the left eyebrow so I was super excited. Only issue is every single time I come in the lady that replaced Goma, Usha always attempts to convince me to thin out my eyebrows. This isn’t 2008, I don’t want thin eyebrows. I want THICK EYEBROWS! Usually after multiple NO’S at her attempts she complies but this time she didn’t. This time she took it upon herself to thin out my right eyebrow, this pissed me off so much. She must’ve thought that once that brow was thin I would’ve thinned the other one but I didn’t. Won’t be coming here anytime soon because I’m still waiting for it to grow back. Usha please for the love of god if someone tells you DON’T THIN MY EYEBROWS, you need to listen! This is extremely upsetting & embarrassing to have uneven eyebrows.

I’ve been going to Usha for eyebrow threading, and she is amazing! She’s quick, efficient, and always does a fantastic job. I love that there’s never any wait time, making it so easy and convenient to get my brows done. I always leave feeling happy with the results. Highly recommend her services!
