Ok, so I was not a good customer. I was annoyed that they DO NOT trim your hair. So, I was worried I was not going to get serviced! But SYDNI came through for your girl!! Even though I had a nasty lil attitude, she was tactful, sweet, FAST AS HELL, professional, and reassuring. At that point, I didn’t deserve stellar service but got it anyway. Thank you so much! I’ll be back for sure!

Been coming to Hello Sugar since 2022 and had a few girlie work on me the best one I’ve ever had is Janet. I been going strong with her for a year and half now and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I even travel to her other locations just to make sure I get her. She caring gentle knowledgeable and a great conservationist which is so helpful in taking the pain away. She cares about my skin and my pain. What more can I ask for … she doesn’t make me feel awkward or anything. I have felt very comfortable with her since day 1. Need a new wax lady get on Janet schedule she’ll get you right.

Sarah was absolutely a doll. She very professional and so comforting if I lived here she’ll be my wax specialist but unfortunately I’m in the Sacramento area but over all 10/10 highly recommend and she got me to do sugar waxing and it was one of the best decisions
