I’ve waited two weeks for an appointment with her—and I would do it again without hesitation. Her attention to detail, mastery of technique, and effortless efficiency put her at the very top of the industry. Every service is precise, professional, and done with confidence. But what truly sets Ozzy apart is her authenticity. You don’t just leave smooth—you leave feeling genuinely cared for and usually laughing. She typically works out of the Blue Diamond location and is absolutely worth traveling for. Skill gets you booked, but heart is what makes people wait. Ozzy has both. Highly recommend.

Very terrible customer service. You’d think a smaller, locally owned business would actually care about customer experience — but clearly not here. The woman working was rude, condescending, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my business to European Wax Center from now on and will be recommending that everyone I know do the same. Don’t waste your time or money here. Their motto is “Experience the Difference,” and trust me — you absolutely will… just not in a good way.

She took care of my preteen, doing her underarms and half bottom leg waxing, and made the experience so comfortable and welcoming.
