I've been seeing Krista for almost 6 years now, since she was at a chain boutique, to her first space on her own, and now into her bigger space with more treatments to choose from! She's so sweet and genuine, and her calm demeanor always helps me feel relaxed even when I'm talking her ear off because I'm nervous (even after all this time!). She remembers details of our conversations, and is always asking follow up questions about what we spoke about last time. It really makes you feel like her client and friend, and not just a customer. Even if I don't have much to say, her easy going attitude always fills the gaps with thoughtful questions that leads to another conversation! She'll also advise you on different treatments, techniques, products that you can utilize for different results, but she's never pushy, she just gives you all the options and info. Krista is amazing! I flew in for a wedding and she was able to take care of me the morning after my flight.
