Hi, I want to start by saying that the place is beautiful and the atmosphere was great. However, I feel the need to share an experience that has really affected me. I’ve been getting lash extensions and brow lamination for over a year now with different artists, and I’m very familiar with how my sensitive skin reacts—it usually gets a bit red, but that goes away within the day. This time, though, it was very different. After my appointment, I noticed visible marks from the tweezers on my face, something that has never happened to me before. The burning sensation continued into the next day, and now the skin around my brows is starting to scab. I honestly feel really bad about this. I’ve been in LA for a few months for work, and sometimes I also do photo-based work where my face is part of the job, so this affects me quite a lot. I do want to say that the shape and design turned out just as I expected, but it’s really hard to appreciate the result when I’m dealing with these marks and discomfort. I just ask that you please be more careful in the future, especially with clients who have sensitive skin. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
