I had a great experience at the European Wax Center in Downtown LA, and I especially want to thank Natalie for making it such a comfortable and smooth visit. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and easy to talk to, which really helped ease any initial nerves. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how efficient she was without ever making the experience feel rushed. You can tell she’s very skilled and confident in what she does. Overall, the service was quick, clean, and much more comfortable than I expected. Natalie’s friendly and reassuring approach really made a difference, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first time or you’re a bit unsure.

I’ve had an incredible experience with prati each time I go. She is insanely precise with everything she does. Not only that she is humorous, kind, and patient! I don’t come to this location if she is not available.

Lasandra was the best! I’ve never had a Brazilian go by so quickly and she did it in a way that was way less painful than other waxes I’ve gotten before in the past! She was so friendly and professional I’m for sure booking again with her!
