I’ve been coming here for a while and have had incredible experiences with Brie and Kylie. They are warm, friendly, and instantly make you feel at ease during a service that can feel pretty vulnerable. They take their time, are extremely thorough with every bit of hair, and still maintain total professionalism. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work :) I don’t want to disregard the fact that 9/10 times my experiences here have been wonderful. I’m sure today’s experience with a different specialist (NOT Kylie or Brie) was just a one time thing and it’s definitely not the norm for this location. This also does not include the receptionist who was lovely as always. While I don’t expect long conversations, I do value basic courtesy. My polite comments and “thank yous” were ignored from the moment I walked into the service room to the moment I walked out, which made the service feel cold and uncomfortable. This would have easily been a 5 star rating if it hadn’t been for today’s awful experience (from Niaya) I’ll absolutely be back, but I’ll be booking exclusively with Brie and Kylie they set the bar for what great service here should look like

I had a Brazilian wax with Brie recently. Thankfully, this was not my very first wax ever, but if it was, I would have been very very disappointed & a bit uncomfortable. She was a nice young lady, but I swear I was in her room for less than eight minutes…. I kind of wished for some more education as well regarding when to come back due to me returning after so long & what to exfoliate with etc. She kind of just told me to exfoliate, but was not specific with what, how often, when etc.. She wasn’t bad.. just was extremelyyyyy fast.

I always have such a great experience at EWC! Jessi is my specialist and she is amazing – super gentle and makes me feel totally comfortable. Her technique is really good and the whole process is quick and easy. Definitely will keep coming back and I recommend Jessi to everyone!
