Lauren is the best! I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and have tried a variety of services from brows to lashes to Brazilian wax to facials. People always compliment my brows when I get them done. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment for her clients. 10/10 highly recommend!

I found LC online nearly a year ago, and I have not looked back! Not only is she professional and considerate, she is great at her job and loves what she does. Her studio is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My biggest pet peeve is when beauty professionals are not on time or have you wait. LC does a great job managing her calendar, which is important for those of us squeezing in a little time for ourselves. I will be a client of Shimmer N Shine for as long as she'll have me!
