SUGARED + BRONZED (Silver Lake)

Ani was super sweet and gave me the best sugaring experience ever! I’ve been coming to S+B for six years and have tried many locations. All my experiences are great, but Ani went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and guide me through the process. You can tell she is very passionate and skilled at what she does. She’s also very fun to talk to, making the appt much easier. 10/10 recommend :)

I've now gone twice to get waxed at the Silver Lake location and I absolutely loved all the employees. The waxers and front desk staff were beyond kind and made me feel so comfortable. They were efficient, all while being compassionate and friendly. I also found them to be 2 of the least painful brazilians i've ever had!!

The kids who work here lack basic social skills. This is not a serious business establishment. You must be able to answer basic questions about the services you offer- particularly if you feel entitled to ASK FOR AN 18% TIP. Minimum wage in la does not require a tip subsidy, btw, and tips are not mandatory. Tips are given in exchange for good service. These employees acted like children it was laughable. Very unprofessional. I’ve been to locations by the beach and this experience was seriously bizarre. You’ve got to find professional staff or close this location.
