Today would have been my second time at this business. My first experience was really good, however today I unfortunately had an experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. I had booked a Lash Lift service through Class Pass 5 days in advance. Today I got in my car and drove 40 minutes, payed for parking, and showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, when I tried to check in, the girl working the front desk told me they didn’t have anything on the books. I let her know I booked through Class Pass and she said that their scheduling system doesn’t always sync with class pass. Okay, fair, I can understand that. HOWEVER, the business has a “Best of Class Pass” sticker on their front door, and is aware that they booking system doesn’t always sync with class pass, yet you’re telling me that a reservation I made on Monday isn’t on your books by Saturday? That sounds like a weak excuse to me. The girl at the front desk was kind and somewhat apologetic, I get that it isn’t her fault that she doesn’t do lashes. And the owner had told the girl to rebook be for Monday, but I purposefully booked the appointment because I’m leaving town for two weeks tomorrow… I’m not one to write reviews, like ever really, but after spending 90 minutes in the car and having basically been turned away without them trying to maintain my business, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I guess if you’re planning on going through class pass be aware of this issue and call them to make sure you’re appointment is actually in their system, or you will be turned away with barely an apology.

Where to begin? This salon changed everything about my beauty routine. From clumpy mascara and daily falsies that constantly fell off to walking out of the house makeup free, feeling beautiful, and actually being embarrassed by the plentiful compliments. I have really watery, sensitive eyes, but I have zero issues and mine last me over a month and still look great at the end! I’ve even abused them with underwater photoshoots 😹 Everyone in the salon is amazing, accommodating, and feels like a friend. Activelash Moscow Meow, what was my life before you?

I love this place so much! I just had an amazing facial with Yaddy. It was so relaxing and I my face feels incredible. It also has vintage clothes and gorgeous jewelry. It’s my new favorite place. I had to make myself leave it was too cute! Went to the new location and god a set of classic lashes. I love them. I feel so pretty!!! Thank you 💜
