I made an appointment here because it was walking distance from my hotel. Then I read some of the reviews and was a little scared going into my appointment. However, I had a great time there! Emily did my manicure and pedicure and it was amazing! We had a great and easy conversation the whole time. She did a great job on my nails. I even decided to get a lash lift for the first time ever while I was there and they were able to accommodate me. I forgot to get the name of the tech who did my lashes but she was amazing as well! I came out with cute nails and lashes. Highly recommend!

Went in and got a 50 min deep tissue massage, express facial, and added on the bourbon foot scrub. Overall very satisfied with my experience!! Emily did my massage and did a great job. I was incredibly relaxed by the time Maria came in to give me a wonderful facial. I almost fell asleep on the table! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the foot scrub experience which didn’t really include any massaging or real exfoliation like I had hoped, so was a bit expensive for what I got. But! Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional and the place looked well kept and had a cozy atmosphere.

Interior very pretty, good variety of services. I got a 50 minute golden leaf massage with deep tissue. The massage itself was good, albeit cost $190 which is very pricey but okay once in a while. The reason for a 2-star review: (1) Massage room was soooo cold, I'm upset they didn't tell me beforehand that this would be the case with some ongoing renovations. I most definitely would not have gone ahead with the massage if I'd known beforehand, and in fact mid-massage decided to bring the original 80min plan down to 50mins. They did bring in a portable heater when I asked, but it didn't help. (2) At checkout, the person asked if 20% tip works, and I offered 15% ($30 for 50 minutes is totally fair!?), to which they responded "we normally keep to 20%." Someone else doing a haircut then mentioned that 15% is totally fine. Of course the receptionist then gave me the stink eye, and didn't so much as thank me for the payment. Bottom line: not worth $200+ for 50 minutes!
