First I'd like to thank Savannah for being able to upgrade my facial to Signature. This is my first time back since pandemic. She was fantastic in assisting me with my special needs. She made me feel very welcome and not a burden. Her smile and personality is absolutely outstanding!! Everyone there was friendly and ready to assist. Check in and out process flawless. It was good to be back at Z Salon and Spa again. I had been away and had not gone there in a long time. I was pleased to have a cordial welcome from Mark Hall who I knew previously at Z Talent in the Highlands. My haircut was extraordinary, like none I have had before. Vanessa stayed focused and serious about her work with no idle chitchat for a full 30 minutes. She listened to what I wanted and welcomed my input. She was completely masterful and I have booked another appointment with her for four weeks from now.

I have been coming to Z spa for over 20 years. I have had my share of stylists both in cut and color. I saw Alexis for the first time for a cut and it was an absolute delight. Her shampoo experience is what you wish for. Her cut and style left me wondering why I waited so long inbetween. Locked in the rest of my appointments with her!
