I am in LOVE with my hair! Presley did an amazing job on my service of full blonding and a cut. This was my first appointment with her and I will be returning. Presley was very knowledgeable and extremely in depth with our consultation. She was very kind and easy to talk to. The price on the booking site matched exactly what I was charged for the service.

Super cute place and I had a full hair color (no cut) with Zoe. Zoe was so nice and it was super nice to talk to her. She seemed really experienced and it was nice to meet her. Honestly I didn't really get the color I wanted. I asked for my natural hair color (the color at my roots) but it was a couple shades darker. My hair was color matched with a book so I'm not really sure where it went wrong, but I have photos of my untouched hair and it's definitely a bit lighter. I honestly don't love the color, and probably should've mentioned something then, but I'm not the best at confrontation in these situations. As well, when I booked the appointment online, it claimed the hair color with no cut would be 120-130 dollars, but when I checked out the total was almost 190 dollars. That's fine, but I don't know why the price when I booked it was quite different—I didn't add anything as far as I'm aware. The staff seemed so nice so I want to clarify that I really appreciated everyone's kindness, I just have problems with these specific things.

I went to Kalli for a haircut, and she was so incredible! I felt so taken care of every step of my experience and am eager to come back. Will certainly recommend Alan Koa and Kalli to friends and family!
