I always use the online booking option, and this past weekend was the third time I scheduled an appointment online only to find the owner not there, lights off, and the door locked. If you're going to offer online booking, make sure it reflects accurate hours. Unfortunately, while this salon delivers great results, I won't be returning because they have wasted my time multiple times now.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Vinita for over 10 years now. She is the best! I have tried a few other places in the past and during travel and would never go elsewhere given a choice. I always feel welcome and walk out feeling great. The place is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and listen well to your requests. I got a few facials done here this year and love the products used and the overall experience. Highly recommend this salon!

I had facial, peel and eyebrow threading done last week. Everything was wonderful and I am so pleased with results. I am now a devoted fan of threading (never had done before). I will definitely be returning for this service, and they accept walk-ins for threading too!! Facial and peel were wonderful-love Aveda products. I'm telling all my friends about this place!!
