Extremely unhinged, unprofessional, unpleasant, childish, and condescending. I overheard her threaten to "smack" me to her client while simultaneously calling me vulgar names and using foul language. Impossible to even attempt to speak to as she will rudely talk over you and not let you get a word in edgewise. Left the salon space in an awful state upon moving out. Save yourself the inevitable trouble and spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere.

I see Janet every month. Before meeting her, I would literally go to wherever was convenient and give a general description of what I like. Now I could never go back to that. Janet has vision for her clients; she sees them at their best and she uses her arsenal of skills and talents to actualize it. She is creative, boisterous, and genuine. The ambience of the shop is modern and artistic. She holds her shop to a very high standard, and both Hillary and Silas, who also work there, hold up to that reputation with prestige. I cannot reccoment this shop enough.

This review is long overdue! I've been going here for over a year. They are amazing. I never know what to do with my hair and I'm always afraid of walking out with the dreaded mom hair look, but NOT here! They always leave me with a fresh, versatile look! They helped me through the many awkward stages of growing out a pixie, and offer services like neck and bang trims for those inbetween times. Great people, locally owned, and great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
