I never write reviews but my experience today was HORRIBLE. This lady threaded my eyebrows and was super rough. I didn’t mind as long as it looked good but once she finished she just tossed me the tissue and didn’t bother giving me a mirror to see if I liked how it came out or if she could correct anything. My eyebrows came out SUPER thin and noticeably uneven. I’ve been coming to Hilo for a while but I’ve never had a bad experience until this lady. I never wanna come here again.

Went Yesterday got Brow Lamination, Threating and tint. The girl was friendly but, she was having a hard time shaping and tinting my brows. I got home thought I was irritated because of the lamination chemicals nope she cut me on my upper left brow with the thread. And my eyebrows were so uneven. Woke up this morning tint is faded already. So disappointed first time I ever did this process.
