After day 2 already have 3 chipped nails, definitely not worth the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Edit: even in the comment they didn’t offer to make it right 😂 I had msged them on messenger prior to leaving the review and was left on “read”, great customer service! 😒 I only left the review after trying to allow them to rectify the situation. I’ll be going today to have them redone elsewhere. Exactly 1 week after walking into gossip nails.

After suffering from nail salons in this area not having the correct tips or not being able to give me what I ask for, I lucked up and found this wonderful gem. And also the best technician I’ve ever had. Vanessa takes her to get the details right, yet speedy in her process. How she does it, I don’t know but I love it. I tried to challenge her and see if she could do something most said they couldn’t. Not only did she deliver, she continues to deliver every time. Vanessa is nice, kind and professional. Truly a rare find among the vast angry, hurry up and leave techs out there. Do yourself a favor and go to this gorgeous salon with amazing people and beautiful decor. Update: Shortly after this photo was taken, the technician left. I didn’t want anyone else there to do my nails so I followed her.

This place needs negative star ratings. Worst customer service. They claim to use Afterpay but don’t even know how it works. I ended up paying thru the machine since no one knew how to work anything. The obese receptionist was nothing but rude. Then the actual nails. Wow. I think UCAS might have better techs. I’m left with huge clunky nails that I wish I could cut off. Even my pedicure looks ridiculous. Paid $140 to come out looking like I was used for practice. Not to mention didn’t even get offered a water. This place needs to get better employees. Now I know why they were so empty on a Saturday. AVOID
