They will not only remember you but make you feel comfortable and at ease during the services. The Jackson location is always clean, accessible, and fast!! I went in for the first time today (during my lunch hour) and had a great experience. Clarissa did my eyebrow wax and was very nice. She even educated me on the type of wax she was using. She took her time in doing my brows and I didn't feel as if she was rushing even when she was the only person working. She asked if I have ever done the threading which I have not and she gave me information on that too. I loved the wax and loved the fact that my brow area was not red at all. Keep up the great customer service, Clarissa.

I have been here several times and I love the place and staff. Place is simple but super clean. I have always had different staff but they are all nice and patient. I don’t tolerate pain well and I never seem to get used to it. They will allow me to stop and breathe and don’t make faces 😂. At least not when I’m there 😬. Also, I have never had to wait long. Stop by and check them out 🤗
