I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The owner by the name of Dayana was extremely unprofessional and used profanity in front of clients, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed ,as I was waiting in the front lobby while a friend of mine was getting a treatment done. Owner did not care to greet my friend nor me. All that she did was approach us with mean looks. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially in a customer-facing setting. I would not recommend this business until management improves their conduct and shows more respect to their clients/guests. Since I can't reply to the response, if you look back at my earlier note, you'll see I actually said that I was waiting in the front lobby while a friend of mine was getting a service done. Your continued inattention to an issue that has already been raised reflects poorly on your professionalism. There is no excuse for anyone to feel unwelcomed. A TRUE professional environment treats everyone with the same respect, whether they are a client or not. It is unacceptable for a business owner to use foul language around her clients/guests, it left a negative impression and made the environment feel unprofessional.

I got 6 sessions of full body laser hair removal and a hydrofacial with them and I did not have a good experience. The laser hair removal was extremely painful although when I purchased it, it was advertised as painless. I would tell them how much it was hurting and if they could turn it down but I never saw any of them have any real concern. On 2 occasions I had a really bad reaction on my leg (picture attached). Another thing I didn’t like was that every time I went, I would have a different girl helping me, so every person in there got to see me naked which was very uncomfortable to say the least. They are very pushy with the sales too, every time I went for my laser, they would be so pushy and so I ended up giving in on the hydrofacial, well I paid $300 for it and when I went to get it, the machine broke. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to have it done, and when I tried to speak to someone about getting my money back since I needed the facial for an event, they said they couldn’t do that. They never expressed any type of apology, they just said that there was no refunds and I was pretty much out of luck. I asked if a manager could call me back or someone for corporate and of course no one ever did. When I did go back to get it done, it was so disappointing. One thing to know when you go here is you’re never gonna feel pampered or feel relaxed, you just go in, do whatever overpriced service you’re doing, have to listen to them try to upsell you and go. I would dread having to go every 6 weeks, never a friendly face or a nice experience.

Great experience being my first time here!!! She started injecting and I didn't even know she had started the process....she was always asking me if I'm ok and keeping that great communication with me. So happy with my instant results as well...cant wait to see the final results!! ❤️
