As a first-time client getting a Brazilian wax, I was honestly pretty nervous walking in. But from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The esthetician explained the entire process step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. She was professional, respectful, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. The service was quicker than I expected, and although there was some discomfort (which is normal), it was very manageable. She also gave me great aftercare tips to help prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. The space was clean, relaxing, and very hygienic, which made a huge difference for me as a first-timer. Overall, it was a much better experience than I imagined. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering their first Brazilian wax.
