Worst experience I've had with lash extensions. I've had them before and never had any problems. Decided to try this place and came in on a Thursday for a full set. By the end of that same day I'd already had about 3 or 4 extensions fall from the same eye. The next day another 10 or so had fallen out between both eyes. Each time one fell out I'd check to see if my eyelash had fallen out with it but most were just the extension itself. I never rubbed my eyes, I waited the full 48 hours before getting them wet, I dont sleep in ways that disturb the lashes and they were still constantly falling out throughout the day. I called Saturday morning to let them know and was told they'd schedule me for a "fix" on Monday and that it HAD to be the same lash tech. More eyelashes fell out over those next couple of days. Came in that Monday for the fix and the tech was lying on the bed, on her phone. I was told they'd have to charge me another full set since more than half had fallen out. At this point I had about 1/3 of the set left on each eye. Was given the options of being charged for a new full set or a removal, no refund option. A complete waste of $95 for lash extensions that didn't even last 3 days. I'm beyond disappointed and won't be going back.

Staff was extremely professional. My first time doing lashes. I love how they look. Relaxed & Clean environment, Appointment was easy to make and they were even helpful with changing my appointment time.

I saw some bad reviews but I chose to give this place a chance big mistake I went in on Saturday July 29th around 1pm to get my lashes done for the first time ever I had no idea what to get I asked them for examples they told me to look at their Instagram page and I did I picked out some I liked and showed the young lady and she did them for me. It was all good until today Sunday July 30th not even half the day and my lashes are already falling out and don’t look like they’ve been glued properly I wanted to go in today to ask them to fix it but they’re not open I will be going Monday to see how we can resolve this issue and will change my review and give an update on how they handle this situation (Update) these people are very unprofessional they charge $97 for lashes that will fall off within days I called to get my refund only to be told I’d be receiving a call at the end of the day which I didn’t I called today to see what was going to happen with my refund and the lady was very rude to me on top of telling me they won’t refund me for a job she did not do correctly this has been done to many many other people from what I’ve seen in the reviews and I’m not gonna let it keep happening I will be filing a police report and reaching out to the local news station to make people aware of establishments such as this all they did was leave me with disfigured lashes another update since they claim I didn’t tell the full story I did go in and I did tell the lady at the front desk who messed up my lashes my situation get your facts and your workers straight she had told me it would take an hour to fix the lashes that had fallen off within days again not my fault she didn’t know how to apply them correctly I had made sure to let the lash tech know that I did not have an hour to get them reapplied as I was hoping it would take 20 min as you said since I had to go into work right after make sure to also state how rude your receptionist was with me over the phone when I called to let her know I wouldn’t be able to go in to the establishment to get them re done as I have a job and wasn’t able to make time to go I was the one trying to work out a solution to which you all told me I signed papers saying there’s no refund not once was that mentioned to me she had me sign papers for sensitive lash glue while I was on the table with the stickers already placed on my eyes ask your worker why she didn’t give me the papers while she had me waiting 30 min to get my lashes done while she was finishing off her lunch the whole time she was talking obscenities with her coworker about her personal life and about going to downtown clubbing that same weekend you all are very unprofessional and the fact remains my lashes weren’t done correctly and my problem wasn’t solved if this is how you truly conduct business with your clients it’s a miracle you’re still open and who is “we all” ? I only spoke to 2 people you and the receptionist who messed up my lashes and I only spoke to you the manager until she got scared that I was going to take legal action against your establishment only then we’re you informed and reached out to me I waited a whole day for your little receptionist to contact me and she never did so when I called again asking what the situation was she told me to send pictures of my lashes and I did my question is why did it take so long to reach out to me only to have the same receptionist call me and be rude to me? She didn’t apologize by the way neither of you did again this whole situation has been very very unprofessionally handled and it’s not right that I have to be arguing with two grown women acting like immature children
